June Oh is a junior at North Hollywood Senior High School. She is an active member of the speech and debate club and enjoys creative writing. June is thrilled to be a part of the TEDx community and cannot wait to witness the powerful words of her peers.

Miriam Davison is a senior at North Hollywood High School. She is interested in all things writing, particularly as an avenue for storytelling. Miriam is looking forward to hearing everyone’s powerful messages and stories.

Liliana Rivera is a Senior at North Hollywood High School. Since a young age she has developed her interest in painting and learning about the human brain, motivating her to one day become a medical illustrator. In school, Liliana is an active member of the Academic Decathlon team and Student Council. This year, she is excited to contribute through her designs to the TEDx community.

Rachel Davison is a senior at North Hollywood High School. She is interested in STEM and ornithology, and is excited to help design the decorations for the event.

Kahan Kanuga is a sophomore at North Hollywood High School. He is a member of the school's MUN team and enjoys public speaking, giving a talk last year. Kahan is excited to help promote the TedX event and hear everyone speak.

Hriday is a senior at North Hollywood High School. He is interested in biology and public policy. He's excited to help create the event and hear the unique stories at the event.

Darlene Ballesteros is a Senior at North Hollywood High school. She spends her free time at sports games, capturing their best moments on camera as the team’s photographer/videographer. Darlene is also excited to work with TEDx, where she hopes to combine her love for storytelling and visual arts.

Ms. Melanie Badgen is an assistant principal at North Hollywood H.S. She is excited to support the TEDx team in hosting another successful TEDxNHHS Youth event and hearing the “unusual circumstances” that make our students unique and extraordinary.
